How does it Work?

The majority of our Group Fitness centers around boxing training, which we use as a vehicle to get you into your optimum level of performance and fitness.

 

At Beyond Fitness LA, we aim to blend detailed technique focus with highly intense workouts, so whether you are interested in perfecting your movement patterns, mastering the basics or getting a blood pumping workout - we have you covered

 

Once you sign up, you will go through the basic beginner workouts. The training will be just as intense, the only difference is you will be learning and mastering the fundamentals of boxing.

 

After you have ‘graduated’ from the beginners section, you will be free to progress to the more developed aspects of our program that include our flagship Hybrid class which blends resistance training with boxing.Getting StartedIf you’re just getting started, the first thing to do is sign up for an account. These are beginner friendly sessions that will give you access to 1-1 technique based training by an instructor who will very quickly get you up to speed with the basics.

 

Understand: this will be an intense workout and even if you are trained in combat, it will efficiently teach you how we train at BFLA, so you can get the most effective and intense workouts possible.
