ANIT CHAUHAN

Hi, My name is Anit Chauhan and I am a personal trainer at Beyond fitness la. I first gained interest in fitness and health when I was 16 years old.

My passion for fitness and health only grew stronger and I have since then been dedicated to understand the most effective and efficient ay to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat. In 2015 I decided to become a certified personal trainer.

I really wanted to be able to help other people become their best self. When I am not working as a personal trainer I am working on my personal goal to become a professional mens physique athlete

A Trainer should be personable and professional, as well as knowledgable in exercise science. But we are so much more than that. That’s why I prefer the term Fitness Coach.

A fitness coach has to be not only be able to motivate and push you, but also understand when to back off and give the client rest. They need to be able to achieve intensity but also build space into the program, both in and out of the gym. And they also need to be able to adapt to the inevitable challenges of every person’s life and understand that there is more to living than having a 6-pack!

I want you to come to each session with purpose and passion. We don’t want you slogging through your training journey, tired, bored and miserable. NO! We want you to love it. We want you to enjoy it. We want you to feel like your getting better and better each time you come. We want you to feel like you understand fitness and understand your body. That’s only way to achieve results that last. And that is what our personal trainers offer.

 

To be honest, I got into the fitness game out of love. I came to the U.S. at 18 on an adventure with no idea of what I was gonna do with my life. I fell into Personal Training just to pay bills but I soon realized how much I loved it. It stuck. I tried to do other things but the call was always too strong. I was addicted to working with people. Seeing the joy in their faces as I worked out with them. Seeing them smile as they told me how much weight they’ve lost. And the thing that gets me no matter how often I hear it: “This has changed my life”. Fitness is a gift I love to give. I’ve done it for a long time and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

 

I have worked at big box gyms like LA Fitness and Equinox as well as smaller MMA gyms and independently for over 10 years. I have worked with 1000s of clients both in person and online and the results I’ve achieved with them has kept me in the Fitness game and keeps me passionate about transforming peoples bodies from the Inside-out.
